Manufacturing Associate - Day Shift (Inspector)

Inspect finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepare shipping labels, and pack products. Operate fabrication equipment and monitor product quality to ensure customer specifications are met. Prepare equipment and materials for production runs. Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates. This role requires proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs. Candidates must successfully pass a basic skills assessment and demonstrate the ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12-hour shifts. The position includes a day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 6:45 PM with a 7 out of 14 days rotation and weekend premiums.
