Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate will perform general manufacturing tasks including wood door preparation, aluminum frame assembly, painting/finishing hollow metal frames, order picking, sorting and loading of finished product. Responsibilities include painting, grinding, and product assembly; reading Work Orders and Product Templates to determine fabrication; conducting quality checks to meet customer requirements; maintaining housekeeping; organizing and storing inventory; packaging and labeling items; scanning delivered items and reporting damaged or missing inventory; loading/unloading trucks for shipping and updating inventory logs. Role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to varied environmental conditions in a factory/warehouse setting. Requires attention to detail, ability to operate basic hand/power tools, and adherence to safety and production quotas. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid US driver’s license preferred
- At least 1 year prior experience in a fast paced production/manufacturing environment preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
