Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate (Cell Specialist) supporting production processes at the Beavercreek GE Aerospace site. Responsibilities include following written instructions, maintaining a safe workplace, operating various tools and equipment (grinders, gas torches, hot plates, hand gauges, special-purpose machines), and assisting across roles such as polishing/deburring, forklift operation, shipping/receiving, and material cutting as needed. The role requires adaptability to move between machines/equipment, adherence to procedures, and teamwork in a high-safety environment; shifts are 3rd, with overtime and shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ months experience with light hand tools (e.g., minor home or car repair, woodworking)
- Must be at least 18 years old by start date
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, asylee/refugee)
