Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate sought to support routine Cell Therapy manufacturing operations in a GMP environment. Responsible for executing manufacturing operations per SOPs, Work Instructions, Batch Records, and ALCOA+ documentation; maintaining safety, quality, and GMP compliance; managing daily unit operations across shifts; performing aseptic processing and maintaining cleanroom conditions; completing required training and following cGMP procedures; and working with electronic systems in a multi-shift production setting. Requires at least a high school diploma (Bachelor’s/Associate preferred) and 0–1 years in cGMP cell therapy or related fields, with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work in ISO 5 biosafety cabinets with appropriate PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing, bioprocessing, or relevant experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based applications
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong personal accountability
- Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative, attentive, and approachable
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform aseptic processing in ISO 5 biosafety cabinets with PPE
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs / 15 kg and push/pull up to 50 lbs / 25 kg
- Working in a cleanroom environment and around biologics
