Job Summary
Feed books and signatures into bindery machines, pack finished items into cartons, and safely move materials between workstations. Perform hand operations as required while inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals, following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This full-time night shift role (7p–7a) offers training for high-speed equipment operation, with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days. Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, workplace, and safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills, add subtract, and ability to use a measuring device
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
