Manufacturing Associate - Bindery/Finishing

Set up, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment to ensure high-quality, accurate output meeting strict specifications and security standards. Perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work in production systems. Partner with engineering and IT teams while following safety and compliance procedures to contribute to continuous improvement across the production process. This role supports secure production for government and defense clients within a tech-forward, collaborative environment at Kodi Collective LLC.
