Job Summary
Feed books and signatures into high-speed bindery machines, pack finished items into cartons, and safely move materials between workstations. Perform hand operations as required while inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized workspace and work as part of a team to hit daily production goals. This nighttime shift (7p–7a) offers competitive pay with overtime opportunities for a full-time role. Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and /or training
- equivalent combination of education or experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, workplace, and safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills, add subtract, and ability to use a measuring device
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
