Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate position (temp-to-hire) responsible for supporting production by prepping commercial machinery components for use in manufacturing sites across the United States. Duties include hand-trimming rubber molds, applying protective coverings to machinery, and operating safely in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to learn to operate a variety of industrial machinery, work as part of a team, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude. Schedule features four ten-hour days (Monday–Thursday) with three-day weekends; compensation is $20–$21 per hour depending on experience.
