Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll be part of a high-energy production team making eco-friendly insulation. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment, feeding raw materials into machines, performing basic troubleshooting, following safety procedures, and moving materials using forklifts or pallet jacks. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to lift up to 30 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but no manufacturing experience is required, as paid training is provided.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during your shift
- Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy environment with varying temperatures
