Job Summary
Assemble mechanical and electrical components, perform soldering, wiring, and harness builds, apply coatings, adhesives, and sealants, run functional testing and basic calibration, install components into custom housings and complete final assembly, troubleshoot and diagnose issues on returned units, and support inventory organization and basic shop tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, or similar work for electromechanical systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills
- Experience with soldering and working with wiring/connectors, ideally 20+ AWG
- Ability to follow drawings, diagrams, or step-by-step instructions
- High attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Comfortable working on your feet and building things throughout the day
- Interest or experience with in performance motorsport, military, aerospace, R&D, and/or aircraft related is a plus
