Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across production and assembly, warehouse coordination, dispatch, and shop floor operations. Lead assembly teams, coordinate materials and scheduling, ensure customer orders are manufactured and delivered on time, monitor production performance, and implement process improvements. Maintain health & safety and operational standards, and collaborate with sales, purchasing, customer service, and senior leadership. Comfortable remaining hands-on and supporting operational tasks when required; experience with ERP/MRP or stock management systems is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar operational leadership role
