Assemble medical device components and sub-assemblies to exacting standards using hand tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers); perform assembly and soldering per detailed work instructions; maintain a clean, safe work environment; record production data in ERP; assist with packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment; communicate non-conformances to senior staff; collaborate to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements while adhering to FDA GMPs, ISO standards, and quality objectives.
