Job Summary
The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for various assembly operations on electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical products. Key responsibilities include following technical drawings, performing quality checks, operating Manual Wire Bonding equipment, and engaging in delicate hand assembly using techniques such as soldering and epoxy application under microscopes. Candidates must have proven experience with small parts tools, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and possess a quality-minded work ethic. Experience in a cleanroom setting is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime on short notice
