Job Summary
Assemble components and subassemblies by hand using torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers while adhering to detailed work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized work area, follow safety procedures, and assist in packing and labeling finished goods for shipping. Accurately perform ERP transactions to capture production data and report non-conformities to technicians or engineers. Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality standards and comply with FDA GMPs, ISO Standards, and other regulatory requirements. Requires high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, and computer proficiency; 6-12-month independent contractor role in Olathe, KS.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet navigation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- All applicants must be authorized to perform services in the United States without sponsorship
