Job Summary
Conduct visual inspections and report defective goods to the QA department promptly. Perform wood lathe sanding, component assembly with epoxy and super glue, and operate CNC and manual precision lathes for turning and boring. Lift over 75 lbs regularly throughout the shift while ensuring products meet quality specifications. Work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with overtime required if called. Prior manufacturing experience is mandatory for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Manufacturing experience
- Previous Manufacturing or Assembly experience
- TAPE MEASURE EXPERIENCE
- LIFTING over 75 lbs regularly throughout shift
- Report defective goods to the QA department promptly
- Perform basic sanding on a wood lathe to ensure smooth finishes
- Assemble parts using epoxy and super glue, ensuring strong and precise bonding
- Load parts into CNC machinery, start cycles, and monitor performance
- Perform turning and boring of parts using a manual lathe
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications
