Manufacturing and Business Support Apprentice

Manufacturing Business Support Apprentice will support the site management team in delivering the operational strategy, providing accurate business reporting and effective resource management to the manufacturing department. You will gain practical experience across production, planning, health & safety, logistics & quality control while working towards your Level 6 Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration, becoming a key member of the manufacturing team and developing core skills in communication, data analysis, problem solving, and decision making. The role offers structured mentoring, ongoing development opportunities, and exposure to a global business environment, with potential progression across manufacturing, planning, logistics, quality, and health & safety disciplines.
