Job Summary
Project Manager for Anduril’s Dublin PMO, serving as primary liaison between the Dublin Operations & R&D facility and Contract Manufacturers across 5 sites. Responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from NPI onboarding to mass production, ensuring quality, managing production schedules, controlling costs, and mitigating supply-chain risks. Drive governance and oversight to deliver measurable impact, align multiple teams to a common vision, manage interdependencies and risk, and engage senior stakeholders. Requires experience in CI, KPI development, P&L/financial reporting, and a strong operations/management background; ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity to maintain delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Business Management Qualification (min Level 7)
- Professional Operations Management Qualification (min Level 6)
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Change management expertise
- Project Management capability
- Experience in Financial reporting P&L, unit cost management, etc.
- Creation, development and management of KPI standards
- Operational Management Experience min 10 years
- Understanding of ISO 9001-2016, QMS, GMP
