Manufacture Laborer

Manufacture Laborer for Marmon Holdings-affiliated Wilbert Group. Responsible for general production duties across stamping, assembly, and finishing departments in a first-shift role. Tasks include assembling minor products, checking and sorting parts, packaging, labeling, and basic machine/hand-tool operations. Responsibilities span equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, cleaning, and potential moving of assemblies or machines. Operates in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and quality, following standard and complex instructions. Requires ability to stand, lift and move caskets up to ~100 lbs, and adapt to multiple production areas (Stamping, Assembly, Finish). No formal experience required, but 0-2 years of experience typical; High School/GED or equivalent preferred.
