Job Summary
Manual Quality Assurance Engineer for the SIMBA Team to help build and validate high-quality AI voice agent software. You will develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team, perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices, document defects with steps and expected vs. actual results, maintain QA documentation (test cases, regression suites, test reports), collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support, participate in Agile workflows, execute regression testing and release validation, and identify ways to improve manual QA processes and coverage. Nice-to-have items include accessibility testing (WCAG), familiarity with text-to-speech or audio-based products, exposure to test automation tools, and API validation using Postman. Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on Web applications
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating cross functionally with engineering and product teams
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate root causes and communicate issues clearly
- Strong written communication skills, especially when documenting defects and test results
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking/project management systems
- Experience using browser developer tools to assist with debugging and issue reproduction
Desired Qualifications
