Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary
Senior Manual QA Engineer to execute manual test cases across payment migration flows, validating transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and edge cases across OMS, an e-commerce platform, and returns/kit processing systems; document and report defects with detailed test results; collaborate with the automation QA team within a shift-left model; follow testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and defect management processes; support testing across multiple workstreams and contribute to hypercare post-launch; must have 3+ years of hands-on manual QA experience, functional testing across multi-system environments, and Adyen platform knowledge or willingness to learn from documentation; preferred Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience and background in payment processing, transaction flows, or payment platform migration projects; familiarity with token migration concepts; building real-world AI-driven projects with a global team and equal opportunities.
