Job Summary
Conduct manual QA tests and ensure proper test coverage based on requirements, user stories, and design specifications. Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to deliver progress against the plan while following testing entrance and exit criteria. Manage the critical path of testing and maintain responsibility for quality aspects of the company's products across web, server-side, and database-driven applications. This temporary role concludes by end of 2026. Join a global team of over 300 employees dedicated to spiritual wellness, working in a hybrid model with offices in Uzhhorod, Kosice, and Budapest.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Manual QA experience
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and the software development lifecycle
- Experience testing web, server-side, and database-driven applications
- Familiarity with backend infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku)
- Comfortable managing workload across multiple concurrent projects
- At least Intermediate English (written and verbal)
- Responsibility for quality aspects of the company's products
- Ensure proper test coverage based on requirements, user stories, and design specifications
- Effectively collaborate with the Dev team and Product Team
- Deliver progress of all test activities against the plan
- Follow testing entrance and exit criteria
- Identify and manage the critical path of testing
- Perform manual QA tests
Desired Qualifications
- QA certification (ISTQB or equivalent)
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
