Job Summary
Conduct independent full-cycle testing for web applications, microservices, and APIs, including functional testing, requirement analysis, and acceptance of builds before release. Create and maintain test documentation, monitor error reports, and evaluate testing work while collaborating in team meetings. Manage defect fixes and ensure quality across complex business logic and large datasets using tools like Jira and TestRail. Requires 2+ years of QA experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SQL and databases. Hybrid work model available in Belgrade with comprehensive local benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with big datasets, calculations, corporate applications with complex business logic
- Experience in testing web applications and microservices
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycles
- Understanding of client-server architecture principles
- Experience in writing test cases and checklists
- Experience with bug and task tracking, documentation, and test case management tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail)
- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and SQL
- Good Excel skills and experience working with data, calculations, and spreadsheets
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong communication skills in Russian (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with switching between tasks and projects when needed - flexibility is essential in our workflow
- Open to working with legacy or outdated documentation without frustration
- Communicates respectfully and constructively, even in challenging situations

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in ERP, HRIS, payroll, or similar domains is a plus
