Job Summary
Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to manufacture precision components with tight tolerances. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers while performing precise measurements using calipers and micrometers to verify part accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, troubleshooting machine and process issues as needed. Requires high school diploma, three years of manual milling and lathe experience, proficiency in engineering drawings and precision tools, and knowledge of speeds, feeds, and material properties. Required Qualifications
