Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist with expertise in operating mills and lathes
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators)
- Familiarity with various metals and their properties
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machining is a plus
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt to different machining challenges
