Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of machining experience
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist
- Experience setting up and operating CNC mills
- Experience with G/M-code programming or editing
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
- Skilled in precision measurement using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large vertical or horizontal lathes, including VTLs
- Background in custom, one-off, or low-volume machining environments
