Manual Assembly

Conduct safe and accurate manufacturing of pallets and wood products using provided tools and equipment while complying with customer standards and design specifications. Perform efficient bench setups and ensure access to necessary quality standards and output level information to execute roles correctly. Promptly identify and report equipment problems to line managers, and undertake all tasks delegated by Production Supervisors and Managers. Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures and Policies, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment as stipulated. Maintain excellent timekeeping, attendance records, and a high level of Health and Safety awareness. Join the Manufacturing team at the Ellesmere Port site, working within BSW Group's supply chain operations from tree nurseries to pallet manufacturing.
