Job Summary
Primary responsibilities include proper dining room setup, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, adhering to liquor laws, processing payments, assisting with stocking, offering wine recommendations, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean dining area. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with the resort POS system. The position is in-person at Mauna Kea Resort's dining venues, with shift work and potential overtime beyond 40 hours per week when needed. Training in responsible alcohol service is required within 30 days of hire, and TB clearance is required by the Department of Health.

- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve and sell alcoholic beverage
