Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a timely manner, following company scripts to troubleshoot problems, field complaints, or assist with inquiries. Diffuse angry or upset clients as needed while building relationships based on trust and reliability. Work with clients to verify or clarify information, then make sales or recommend additional services and products. Record all conversations in CRM software with accurate notes for future callbacks. Attend necessary training and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This role is onsite or shifting and requires a Senior High School Graduate with good English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate (SHS)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to learn and receive training
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite and/or on a shifting schedule, if required
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously
