Job Summary
Provide guests with exceptional nail treatments and customer service at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island. Perform a variety of quality nail treatments, recommend treatments to guests, and effectively communicate with Spa Director and Spa Supervisor. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensure a safe and sanitary work environment, and sell/recommend retail to guests. Act as an ambassador for Sonesta and participate in activities to promote spa visibility. Requires advanced vocational training plus one year of experience, licensing for South Carolina, high school diploma, and fluent English; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must carry or lift up to 25 pounds and maintain physical stamina in a fast-paced spa setting.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced vocational training plus one-year of experience
- Must have and maintain all licensing requirements of the state of South Carolina
- Must maintain excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a high school diploma and speak fluent English
- Carrying or lifting up to 25 pounds may be required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to perform nail treatments and communicate effectively with Spa Director and Spa Supervisor
