Job Summary
Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering nail care, nail art, and salon sanitation while modeling proper techniques and safety practices. Provide theoretical and practical instruction to students, supervise hands-on laboratory work, and assess progress through evaluations and projects. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment and stay current with industry trends to ensure curriculum relevance. Mentor students individually, collaborate on program enhancements, and incorporate instructional technology into teaching. This bilingual role supports Milan Institute's growth in Allied Health and Cosmetology fields.
Required Qualifications
- Manicurist or cosmetology license in good standing
- Current Instructor license
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing manicurist
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Day and Evening Position availability
