Job Summary
Conduct thorough on-site vehicle inspections for dealer clients within the Nashville territory, verifying VINs, mileage, and documenting exterior, interior, and mechanical conditions per Manheim standards. Safely locate, start, move, and return vehicles on dealer lots while identifying damage or missing components. Build trust with dealers by educating them on Manheim Marketplace value and proactively engaging to increase inspection volume. Submit daily activity reports via Salesforce.com and collaborate with Wholesale Specialists to support client success. Adapt to changing daily schedules to ensure effective dealer coverage while maintaining safety compliance and production expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes
- Ability to work remotely part of the week
- Drug-free workplace compliance (no possession, use, or being under the influence of illegal drugs during work hours, on company property, or in company vehicles)
Desired Qualifications
- Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED
- 5 years' experience in a related field
- 1–2 years of automotive-related experience
