Job Summary
Manheim Guest Experience Assimilation Coordinator responsible for building and sustaining volunteer teams, onboarding attendees and volunteers, overseeing attendance tracking, prayer and comment follow-up, and performing office/administrative duties. The role focuses on data confidentiality, data integrity, and alignment with LCBC’s mission and values, with emphasis on recruitment, training, and empowerment of volunteers, plus participation in local and central team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Strong people and conflict resolution skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn appropriate software skills
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in handling of office and volunteer matters of a sensitive nature
- Be an LCBC Partner or willing to become a Partner within 60 days of employment
