Job Summary
Lead and execute store visual merchandising plans based on product lifecycle and inventory levels. Manage seasonal changes, markdowns, and updates to store and window displays while maintaining cleanliness of display materials, furniture, signage, and lighting. Adapt brand guidelines to store standards and evaluate market trends to present to regional leadership. Analyze sales profitability and performance by section to ensure goals are met. Communicate action plans regarding projects, promotions, and initiatives to the store team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Availability required for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Visual and Retail merchandising or buying experience
- Knowledge of retail operations including an understanding of fashion trends, seasonal events, inventory levels
- Strong fashion merchandising and presentation skills
- Exceptionally organized, strong attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
