Job Summary
Provide legendary customer experiences and establish satisfaction by coaching associates on sales floor behaviors and maximizing sales potential. Direct merchandise flow, ensure visual and merchandising standards, and manage controllable expenses while maintaining Mango procedures. Analyze business data to create action plans, mediate team conflicts, and train associates to achieve individual selling goals. Ensure loss prevention and safety are upheld across all shifts. This part-time role requires at least one year of fast fashion experience and prior sales management experience. Located at Yorkdale Mall, this position offers a pay range of $18.60 to $20.00.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience
- Prior sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
- Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
- Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people
- Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
