Job Summary
Part Time Shift Lead at Mango (Fox Group) responsible for delivering legendary customer experiences, coaching and developing store associates, setting expectations and accountability, maximizing sales, training, visual merchandising standards, loss prevention and safety, and directing store operations. Requires minimum 1 year fast fashion experience and prior sales management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in Windows software. Salary range $18.20–$20.00/hour; in-person location at Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience
- Prior sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
- Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
- Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people
- Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
