Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Mango (Fox Group) – lead store team, coach and develop associates, recruit and train staff, monitor and improve sales performance, analyze business results, ensure visual merchandising standards, manage expenses and loss prevention, maintain Mango procedures, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail setting. Requires minimum three years of specialty/luxury retail experience, prior sales-management experience, strong people-skills, and proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook. Location: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec, Canada. Remote work not indicated; in-person only.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in a specialty, luxury goods or comparable retail environment
- Prior sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
- Proven ability to drive sales results, analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people
- Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
