Mandatory Internship Packaging Purchasing

Job Summary
During the internship you will become part of our international team in indirect purchasing and actively support day-to-day business. You will work on cross-functional topics in logistics and packaging purchasing (e.g. supplier base optimization, CSR checks) and assist with price negotiations and tenders in packaging materials made of wood, paper and plastics. You will have the chance to apply ideas and knowledge through independent analyses of purchasing data (volumes, material and contract numbers) and will use modern purchasing tools (e.g. iSource, e-auction) as part of a great team in a hybrid setup.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment at university to participate in the internship
- Studies in International Business, Economy, Mathematics, Business IT, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics or comparable
- Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage tasks independently with a high degree of responsibility
- Willingness to adapt quickly to new challenges in an international team
- Hybrid work setup awareness
