Job Summary
Mandate Specialist for Discretionary Solutions responsible for promoting discretionary mandates, articulating portfolio rationale, and supporting Relationship Managers and clients across markets. You will develop tailored pitches and marketing materials, participate in client meetings, and serve as the primary interface between Investment Management and Front teams. Responsibilities include market monitoring, identifying opportunities to grow wallet share, coordinating with Investment Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and Product Specialists, and contributing to content creation and product messaging. The role requires strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a track record of revenue growth in private banking or wealth management. A Bachelor’s degree is required; professional certifications (CFA, CAIA) are an advantage, with fluency in English and experience using portfolio management tools such as Bloomberg AIM, plus advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five years of professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in the investment management or sales
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong knowledge of investment products and advisory/discretionary solutions
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Demonstrated track record in achieving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Proficient user in portfolio management applications, especially Bloomberg AIM or similar
- PowerPoint and Excel skills
