Mandarin Teaching Assistant (Afterschool Program)

Conduct class activities, manage small groups of students, and direct them in Mandarin learning exercises. Collaborate with teachers to support students with diverse language backgrounds and skill levels while developing mini-lessons integrated into the main curriculum. Assist with classroom cleaning, supervise play areas, and communicate with parents and school personnel via electronic methods. Evaluate challenges when working with young learners aged 4-12 and provide constructive feedback to fellow educators. Perform additional duties as assigned within afterschool programs.
