Job Summary
Deliver Mandarin-speaking speech therapy to homebound patients of all ages in Monterey Park and surrounding areas. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment while determining individual plans of care. Utilize the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline referrals and complete intuitive electronic documentation during visits. Work as an independent contractor with full control over your schedule, coverage areas, and per-visit compensation. You must hold a current, active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license and possess reliable transportation and a smartphone. This role connects clinicians with over 900 home health agencies across California, Arizona, Texas, Idaho, Nevada, Hawaii, and Florida to provide essential care to patients who would otherwise go without it.
Required Qualifications
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
