Job Summary
Support and act in accordance with the school's mission by demonstrating appropriate planning, fostering an atmosphere centered on intellectual inquiry, and building an inclusive, compassionate classroom community. Uphold professional standards while communicating effectively with co-leads, families, and colleagues, and engage in self-reflection through goal setting and ongoing dialogue with division directors. Honor confidentiality and carry out specific responsibilities designated by the division. This role involves guiding students in their journey to become engaged learners and stewards of the natural environment within a progressive Preschool-8th grade school located in Mill Valley.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or other Advanced degrees in Education and content area a plus, but not required
- Experience in reading and phonics instruction, differentiated learning, backward planning, and creating performance assessments
- Experience using the Project-Based Learning methodology
- Responsive Classroom Training
- 2-7 years of grade-level experience
