Job Summary
Mandarin bilingual Virtual Assistant providing administrative support in a healthcare setting. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and workloads
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client confidentiality
