Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, shape clinical standards, and mentor associate veterinarians while serving as the key liaison between the medical team and hospital leadership. Lead a skilled group of technicians, assistants, and client service professionals to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care within a collaborative, AAHA-accredited environment. Manage a diverse case mix including advanced ultrasound imaging, acupuncture, and surgical procedures across five exam rooms and a full surgical suite.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinarian
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- State & DEA licensure
- Commitment to upholding AAHA-accredited standards of care
