Job Summary
Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients and deliver behavior treatment by protocol while assisting Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments, and team meetings. Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability, document services accurately, and report clinical or scheduling concerns promptly. Complete mandatory trainings, attend required meetings, and adhere to all compliance policies. This full-time role targets 25 direct hours weekly and includes physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining continuous visual supervision of clients. You will support the professional development of other technicians through clinical feedback within LEARN Behavioral's collaborative care model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2,000 ABA hours, or a master's degree and 400 ABA hours (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the field of ABA
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, and clinical and employment information (required)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members, and team members, both verbally and in writing (required)
- You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation
- This role may require you to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- This role requires the ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- This role requires you to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment
- Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the U.S.
