Job Summary
Managing Solution Train Engineer responsible for coaching the team of practitioners, building and evolving Scaled Agile capabilities, and advising on work to ensure solutions are sound and align with Agile methodology. Leads talent development, hires and retains Agile talent, guides strategic ceremonies, and collaborates with Platform and Journey leads to scale delivery. Brings extensive Agile expertise (including SAFe) to coach and lead multiple teams, resolves delivery risks, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement to accelerate capability advancement and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or post graduate degree
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile (SAFe)
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Typically requires 10 years of Agile experience
- 5+ years' experience as an Agile coach involved in large-scale Agile transformations
- Expert knowledge of Agile principles and practices
