Job Summary
Establish and lead the strategic growth of a new office serving the Greater Seattle region while cultivating deep client relationships across K-12 and higher education sectors. Oversee project design and delivery with a commitment to quality and innovation, then build and mentor a high-performing, collaborative team. Partner with firm leadership to align office goals with the company's broader vision and values. This role requires a licensed architect with 15+ years of experience and prior K-12 or higher education experience. The position offers a full-time opportunity to shape office culture and define regional presence within an award-winning firm specializing in learning environments.
Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience

- A strong professional network within the Puget Sound AEC community
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
