Job Summary
Drive complex enterprise data transformation initiatives involving analytics, reference data, data quality, and large-scale migration programs. Act as a senior client-facing leader engaging with global stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and executive leadership. Provide delivery leadership across interconnected workstreams including business analysis, migration, testing, and cutover planning while establishing strong program governance and escalation management. Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary consulting and delivery teams to ensure high performance and accountability across global teams. Requires 15+ years of experience in consulting, banking transformation, or enterprise data programs. Part of Capco, a Wipro company recognized for deep transformation execution in banking, financial, and energy sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in consulting, banking transformation, or enterprise data programs
- Proven experience leading large-scale end-to-end transformation programs within financial services
- Strong experience in MDM / Reference Data transformation
- Strong experience in Data Quality & Data Governance
- Strong experience in Regulatory or Risk data programs
- Strong experience in Large-scale remediation and migration programs
- Strong experience in Enterprise data modernization
- Experience operating in complex global delivery models with distributed stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of enterprise data operating models, governance structures, and transformation delivery mechanics
- Must be confident driving difficult conversations, resolving ambiguity, and influencing decisions across multiple regions and teams
