Job Summary
Lead delivery of complex Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (EIA/ESIA) projects, ensuring they meet financial targets and compliance with international standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and service innovation, engage with stakeholders, and maintain client relationships. Successfully mentor a team while overseeing quality assurance on diverse sustainability projects. Requires a Master’s degree and 8-15 years of experience, particularly in consulting environments, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, Social Sciences, or related discipline
- 8 to 15 years relevant experience in environmental and social impact assessment and/or due diligence
- Strong understanding of EIA/ESIA processes, permitting, and sustainability frameworks
- Familiarity with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and regional regulations
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships
- Experience in sales, strategic growth, and financial management of projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin language needed for projects
