Job Summary
The Managing Partner (General Manager) at Bubba's 33 is responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations including compliance with employment policies, managing the management team, conducting performance evaluations, hiring staff, controlling food and labor costs, managing P&L, and ensuring safety and security. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant and possesses excellent communication skills. The position offers a comprehensive benefit package after a 30-day eligibility period.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept

Additional Requirements
