Job Summary
Managing Partner at Texas Roadhouse oversees all restaurant operations with responsibility for ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service. Responsibilities include directing the management team, hiring and coaching, controlling food, labor, and liquor costs, enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service, budgeting and P&L oversight, inventory management, vendor liaison, maintaining restaurant culture and core values, and providing leadership for development of key employees. Requires 2+ years as GM/MP/Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Bonus-eligible with total cash compensation between $100,000 and $150,000 annually; base salary around $70,304, with benefits and growth opportunities included.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
